How do I keep up to date with my booking?
Once we have secured your booking, you will receive your job confirmation. To get a time of arrival of your engineer or any further detail, please call the office on 0330 333 5671.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We do require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking & timeslot with us, this gets deducted from your final payment which will be taken on the day by the team.
Do you have to come and see the property before quoting?
For domestic cleans and carpet cleans, we do the quote over the phone. We may request pictures of the property. For commercial properties, we may request a site visit before we can give an accurate quotation.
What areas do you cover?
We cover most of the North West including Manchester, Merseyside, and Cheshire.
Do I need to provide any equipment?
No, we will bring all our own specialist equipment and chemicals with us.
What does a deep clean include?
A deep clean is the most intense clean service that we provide. Its every room and corner of the whole property. It includes oven, inside/outside of fridge, inside windows/window sills, inside/outside of kitchen cupboards, skirting boards, polish/sanitize of all surfaces, and a full mop/hoover of the floors.
How do you take payment?
Once the job is complete, you can pay cash or card.

What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean is a wipe, dust, and mop/hoover of the property. Unlike the deep clean, the standard clean doesn’t include oven, fridge, inside windows, skirting boards, and cleaning of any grout/limescale.
Do you have insurance cover?
Yes, we are fully covered to the level required for the services that we provide in respect of Products Liability.
Do I have to be at home whilst the clean is being carried out?
No, we just need access to the property. We can call 10 minutes before we finish to let you know you can return to the property to see our work. You are more than welcome to stay in the property but due to COVID we request that you do not stay in the same room as the cleaners whilst the cleaning is being done.
What precautions are you taking to COVID?
We request that all our customers open all the windows of the property 30mins before we arrive. The team is regularly tested for COVID to ensure that none of our cleaners are carrying the virus. Facemasks and gloves will be worn inside the property.
Are the products Eco Friendly?
We do our best to ensure that the products we use are not harmful to the environment, we use the least harmful chemicals we can to do the job to a good standard.
Do you clean sofas and curtains?
Unfortunately, that isn’t a service we offer at this time. However, it is something that we may offer in the future.
Are your staff vetted?
All of our staff are screened and vetted to a security standard this includes a full DBS check.
Are your staff trained?
All of our staff have years of cleaning experience and many in the specialist services that we offer. Each member of the team is fully trained to use the equipment and chemicals to provide you with an excellent service.
Can I add on a job or any extras when the cleaners are at the property?
This can be time dependant as we allocate specific times to each job. Our cleaners sometimes have multiple jobs within the schedule that day. If you would like to add on a service simply ask the cleaner on the day who will contact the office and see if we have time to accommodate.
How many cleaners will attend my property/ site?
Typically we will send a team of two cleaners in one van to most jobs. However, if the job is larger than the average we may have additional cleaners to assist.
